Due to the high season in Copenhagen, we strongly recommend booking accommodation when you register for the conference. A block booking has been made at the venue NSM 2026 attendees. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is advised.

Phoenix Copenhagen is a 4-star hotel with an impressive atmosphere in historical surroundings. The hotel is located in the centre of the financial districts only a few minutes' walk from Amalienborg Castle, exciting Nyhavn, Kgs. Nytorv and the Royal Theatre.

    To secure your booking, full pre-payment is required at the time of reservation. All prices are listed per room per night in DKK and include breakfast, VAT, and service charges.

    For cancellations or changes made before February 14, 2026, a full refund will be issued, minus an administration fee of DKK 250 per room and any applicable transaction fees.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.

WakeUp Borgergade** (400 m from venue)

Wakeup Copenhagen on Borgergade is an excellent choice for anyone looking for inexpensive accommodation in the heart of Copenhagen. The hotel has 498 hotel rooms, all equipped with flat-screen TV, desk, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Wakeup Copenhagen on Borgergade is located at the heart of Copenhagen and was designed by the famous Danish architect Kim Utzon. Please note that rooms with twin beds (separate beds) are NOT available in this hotel. All rooms are equipped with a 160x200 cm bed.
